This END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT applies to all customers who purchase software from CST of America, Inc., Massachusetts, USA or any other reseller in the United States or Canada independent of the location of the customer.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who purchase software from CST AG, Darmstadt, Germany or any other reseller outside of United States and Canada independent of the location of the customer.

General Terms and Conditions have been drafted in German and English language. For purposes of interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions and in case of any possible conflict between German and English text the German version shall be decisive and prevail.

License Configurations

The items in CST quotations are intentionally kept short and are therefore sometimes not entirely self-explanatory. The CST Licensing Guide describes in more detail what functionality is purchased with the different modules and options.
