European User Group Meeting 2009

CST's user group meetings have benefited from many interesting and varied presentations from users working in industry, research and educational institutions, as well as CST's own simulation experts. Most of these presentations have been made available for download from our website with the permission of their authors who we would like to thank.

UGM participation

€ 180 for customers with a valid maintenance contract
€ 600 for customers without maintenance contract

Pre-UGM hands-on training sessions

€ 120 per 1/2 day course, in conjunction with a UGM registration

* The UGM registration fee will be waived for a limited number of qualifying university students. Please contact CST for more details.
A 20% surcharge is payable for registrations after 31st January 2009.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation of an accepted registration may be made up to and including 31st January 2009 and will incur a 10% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration.
Delegates who request a cancellation after 31st January 2009 and delegates who do not attend, are responsible for the full attendance fee. The attendance fee will not be refunded pro rata if delegates do not attend the entire conference.
