SLCableSpice™

SLCableSpice™ is a straight-forward and easy-to-use tool. It allows the creation of SPICE equivalent models of generic cables such as single wires, twisted pairs, ribbon cables, and coaxial cables over reference plane. The cable configuration can be quickly adjusted with only a few mouse clicks.

The development of electronic systems usually involves extensive simulations performed by common SPICE equivalent network simulators. In order to get realistic results though, it is imperative also to consider parasitic electromagnetic effects caused by connected cables. T his is the main target of SLCableSpice™.

SLCableSpice’s™ most notable features include the fast modeling procedure and creation of numerous model formats for various commercial network simulators.
