Abstract:
Phase shifters are essential components in phased array antennas. Two configurations of phase shifters – Distributed MEMS transmission line and CPW-Microstrip-CPW were designed and simulated. DMTL has S11 of 20dB at 10 GHz, with 1dB loss, 248 degrees of Phase shift. CPW-Microstrip-CPW has S11 of 8dB at 10GHz, with 0.9dB loss, 59 degrees of phase shift.
